The first rule of our operation is fullfilling Customer’s expectations and providing products, that looks great, not only on-screen but for the foremost in its intended location.
The placards are produced in line with the spceifications of our Customers. We can serve with our assistance when choosing the best printing technique, to achieve ideal effect.
Our placards are printed using top-quality materials of companies such as 3M® and modern printing techniques – including solvent and UV printing, depending on project spec.
Painting stencils
We provide painting stencils required to paint an aircraft according to project delivered by the Customer, as well as of-the-shelf stencil sets for the most popular airliners – as per AIPC for a given aircraft type.
We offer:
- Painting stencils as per AIPC
- Bilingual stencils
- Stencils for graphics and text in one or more colours
- Stencils needed to perform Service Bulletins as per DOA design.
Our stencils are produced using top quality material – vivid colour foil manufactured by 3M® company, backing paper and transfer foil.
All stencils can be manufactured using stencil font or „standard” font. Because each stencil is produced using transportation foil it allows for fast application of any symbol by a paint shop. For assuring top quality the smallest elements of stencils are handmade.
For multicolour stencils we offer masks for selective application – this considerably reduces amount of man hours in paint shop.
Stencil kits are packed following aircraft zones as defined in AIPC – which allows for faster application in paint shop.
