RnD.Aero as a first Polish POA offers contract manufacturing of aircraft interior parts for large aircrafts using 3D printing technologies. All parts offered by us are printed using the state-of-the-art 3D printers, which guarantees the precision and quality. Each produced part is carefully cleaned and undergoes quality control.
We produce parts using the following 3D printing technologies:
- FDM - Fused Deposition Modeling
- SLS - Selective Laser Sintering
- SLA - Stereolitography
RnD.Aero developed a complete technology for 3D Printing, as per Part 21 requirements and Airworthiness Codes. All parts produced by RnD.Aero can be provided with EASA Form 1, that allows for their installation on-board of civil aircraft.
